We always try to deliver the best product to our customer and hope you will never get any damage product. All Uptrend Studio products are quality inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping to our customers. however, due to unavoidable circumstances, we understand certain issues might occur in transit. We are here to help and will gladly exchange them for you as we do not offer refunds. However, you can view our return and exchange policy below
Kindly take a video before opening the package /product. We take replacement only if the product is damaged. send us video to uptrendstudio0@gmail.com . Without valid proof, we don’t allow refund or replacement.

How to return
If the above exist, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Stating your order number , what item you want to return, what’s the reason of return and we will help you. Our policy Last 2 days if 2 days have gone by since your purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer you refund or Exchange.
Once we have provided the return address, please arrange a suitable courier to return the item to us. Please ensure the goods are returned to us within 7 days of receiving the returns address in the original packaging and condition undamaged and unworn .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. We highly recommend that you use a tracked and signed Postal Service obtaining the proof of tracking information . We are not responsible for the return being damage or loss in the mail, processing, customs or in transit. All items that do not reach us are the customer responsibility and a refund will not be processed.

If you want to change a product due to size issues in rings and Bangles extra ₹250 will be levied as shipping charge
shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in form of store credit .
Refund processing time
Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock. We will refund the amount with our store credit .the store credit is valid for three months from date of issuance. In case a credit note is issued, it cannot be redeemed on items on sale. Coupon code cannot be applied to exchange order /credit notes.
Note: return or exchanges are not applicable on international orders
Approval
Once we receive the request, it is at the discretion of a QC team whether the product is approved for return
The following does not qualify for refunds or Exchange:
- Earrings cannot be returned if tried on due to hygiene reason
- Sale item cannot be refunded or exchanged
- We do not offer exchange on customized order
- Package lost in shipment
- Package refused by recipient
- Product that have been returned and used or damage condition
- Product return due to size issue(please check the size guide carefully before making a purchase)
- Incorrect delivery address
- If the jewelry is not faulty or damage in, anyway
- Minor variation in color and design of the jewelry. Please note that images of the product may very 5% and liking or disliking will not be the basis of stating that the product is not the same as shown in the picture.
- After more than 3 failed delivery attempt by our courier agent
- Product that have been returned where barcode attached is either missing or damage
