                                                   Domestic shipping

Free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
A shipping fee of ₹200/- is applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
All prices listed are inclusive of GST.

                                                   Delivery and dispatch

Delivery time range between 2 to 5 working days after dispatch depending on where you are located. 
Customization request may require additional time accompanied by a ₹500/-fee . Please note that we do not offer exchanges for customized orders. Please refer to our Exchange & Repair Policy for clarity. 
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed and you will be notified with tracking information when your package has shipped .
We cannot be held responsible for delays  affected due to public holidays, natural calamities, and other unavoidable circumstances especially if they are attributed to a delivery partner. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

                                             INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders outside India, delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch depending on where you are located, Please note that we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for international orders. We accept payment via debit/credit card for international orders. Our listed prices do not include custom duties.

You will  receive an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed. you will be notified with tracking information when your package has shipped.
Processing time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities, and other unavoidable circumstances. especially if they are attributed to a delivery partner .No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. 
 

SHIPPING RATE WILL BE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT.
THERE MAY BE DUTY/IMPORT/TAXES/CUSTOMS/ETC CHARGES IMPOSED BY YOUR HOME COUNTRY.  IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO UNDERSTAND AND MAKE PAYMENT OF THESE CHARGES.

We offer shipping services to over 200 countries worldwide, We have partnered exclusively with reputable and dependable national and international courier companies like, FedEx, DTDC, DeHlivery etc. to guarantee your satisfaction.

These timelines for international shipments are estimates and or not guaranteed. If your country charge import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customer to include your phone number at the end of their shipping address.

Commercial invoices will be marked as merchandise and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipment cannot be marked as gift or marked at a price lower than the amount paid all international orders or non-refundable.

VAT ,GST OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY Duties/TAXES/Fees are NOT PRE-PAID FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OR INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COST CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT AND MAY BE LEVIED UPON DELIVERY. THESE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE MIGHT FULFILLED BY THE RECIPIENT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THESE CHARGES, NOR CAN WE PREDICT WHAT THEY MAY BE.
